The devastated brother of man who was allegedly murdered in Hartlepool has paid an emotional tribute to the 22-year-old. Shaan Rasul was allegedly killed in an incident on Allerton Close in the Dyke House area.
Cleveland Police and paramedics attended the street just before 10.45am on Sunday, November 23. Two men - aged 22 and 23 - were arrested on suspicion of murder the following day and one of the men has now been charged.
Callum Howe, 22, of Blakelock Gardens, in Hartlepool, is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, charged with murder. Shaan's older brother, Ali Rasul, received the tragic news on Sunday.
