Everything you need to know on a Hartlepool murder investigation following the death of 23-year-old Shaan Rasul

Cleveland Police and the North East Ambulance service were called to Allerton Close, in the Dyke House area of Hartlepool , just before 10.45am on Sunday, November 23 after a 23-year-old man was sadly found deceased inside of the property.

The cul-de-sac was taped off and police flooded the street as an investigation began. There were multiple cordons erected at the scene with an officer standing on the drive of a property. Multiple police units as well as Crime Scene Investigation was spotted on Allerton Close.
