A chainsaw-wielding thug who chased a police officer and tried to kill him has been convicted by jurors.
Albanian Liridon Kastrati shouted 'f*** the police' as he held the chainsaw in the air and chased the officer.
The 32-year-old left the officer fearing for his life, with the victim telling a court he believed his arms and head were going to be 'chopped off'.
Prosecutors had accused Kastrati of ramming a car into a marked police vehicle before brandishing the chainsaw at officers.
But Kastrati denied attempting to murder four police officers.
