Tonight [WIND ADVISORY]: Cloudy with light snow. A trace to 1” of snow possible with northern Iowa the more likely location for 1”. The wind is very strong from the northwest at 20-30 mph and gusts to 50 mph. This will cause blowing snow, mainly north. Low temperatures 26-30 and the strong winds push wind chills to near 10.

Wednesday [WIND ADVISORY]: Clouds and flurries in the morning across the north. Roads could be slick in the morning. Clouds clear in the afternoon. The wind remains very strong through the day from the northwest at 20-30 mph and gusts to near 50 mph. Wind chills are in the teens during the afternoon.
