UEFA have released a still from the semi-automated offsides to show that Marc Cucurella was onside as he laid on Chelsea's opening goal against Barcelona .
The Spaniard received a through ball after playing a corner and looked suspiciously offside before playing a ball into the box. It was turned goalwards by Pedro Neto before Jules Kounde got the last touch with the night's first goal going down as an own goal against the Catalan star.
Replays appeared to show Cucurella looking clearly offside, but a different angle has shown him to be just inline with the last defender.
Images doing the rounds on social media left fans stunned as one said: "How is Cucurella not offside here???" Along the same theme another claimed: "Is Cucurella not about 5 yards offside?"
Chelsea were good value
