CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A 25-year-old man and a 17-year-old have been arrested over a month after a deadly shooting at a north Charlotte home, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.

On Oct. 8, Peter Batista Fana was shot at his home on Winding Branch Court. He was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries, and died the next day. Now, an adult and a teenager are facing charges in connection with the case.
