STATEN ISLAND, N.Y.— The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two individuals wanted for questioning in connection with a home invasion robbery in Eltingville.
It was reported to police that on Wednesday, Nov. 19, at approximately 1:05 p.m., in the vicinity of Richmond Avenue and Wilson Avenue, a 42-year-old male victim was at his residence when he heard a knock at the door. As he opened the door, two individuals forced their way inside and demanded money, police said.
One of the individuals struck the victim in the head with a blunt object before removing approximately $500 and a set of keys from the residence. The suspects then fled the scene.
