Plenty of festive cheer will be spread throughout a certain town in Northumberland next week, when Santa Claus takes to his sleigh for a tour of the area. And now a full list of approximate times and calling points for the magical event have been confirmed.

There are many of us, ChronicleLive included, who are still ever so slightly in denial about the fact that it's December next week. However, the calendar does not lie and we're now officially passed the 'one month until Christmas ' mark, meaning, that whether you choose to accept it or not, the festive season is here.
