Box Elder County — Three people were able to escape from their vehicle following a rollover crash on southbound Interstate-15 west of Garland, Saturday night.

The Garland Fire Department reported receiving multiple 911 calls just before 8 p.m. First responders arrived to find the vehicle off the road and on its side, smoking. The three occupants had already extricated themselves before crews arrived.

Only one of the victims was transported to a medical center, suffering minor injuries. All of the vehicle occupants were wearing seat belts.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
