CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) - Chesterfield police are searching for a woman after telling family members she was going on a hike.

Police are searching for 24-year-old McKenzie Barker, last seen at about 2:30 a.m. on November 27, 2025. Barker is described as a white female, approximately 5′5″ tall, weighing 114 lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes.

According to police, she told family she planned to hike in the mountains to watch the sunrise and has not been heard from since the 27th. She was last seen wearing a dark jacket and pants, a blue scarf, red shoes, and carrying a light-blue backpack. Barker drives a blue 2016 Mazda CX‑3 with Virginia license plate TMC-3028.
