A winter weather advisory was released by the National Weather Service on Monday at 1:57 a.m. valid for Tuesday between 1 a.m. and 1 p.m. for Warren, McKean, Potter, Elk, Cameron, Clearfield and Tioga counties.

"Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches," can be expected according to the weather service. "Snowfall rates up to 1 inch per hour are possible."

"Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Tuesday morning commute," describes the weather service. "Slow down and use caution while traveling.
