After the frenzy of Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday, Giving Tuesday offers a chance to give back—and Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is stepping up in Anchorage.
The popular restaurant chain has pledged 15% of sales from its three local locations, including the Dimond Boulevard store, to benefit Bean’s Café.
The donation will support Bean’s Children’s Lunchbox program, which provides meals to kids in need throughout Anchorage. Raising Cane’s is committing up to $10,000, a contribution that could help feed a significant number of families.
“Having this partnership with Raising Cane's will help us have more funding to provide those meals to kids who just want to feel safe and secure and have that hope,” said Kate Matheson of Bean’s Café.
