BROWN COUNTY, Wis. (WBAY) - The teenager at the center of the gun incident at Preble High School back in September appeared in juvenile court on Tuesday afternoon.
All sides accepting terms put forward last month.
The 17-year-old was found “delinquent” of possession of firearms on school grounds.
Green Bay Police arrested the student in September after a loaded gun was found inside his backpack, inside a locked classroom after the student was involved in a fight in the lunchroom.
The teen will continue to stay at the Racine County Youth Development and Care Center until his 18th birthday.
If he remains in good standing in the program once he turns 18, three other charges will be dropped, and he will be released with some restrictions.
