Police arrested a man after what they saw him do in a car park. Officers were on plain clothes patrol on Tuesday, December 2, when they spotted a man in a parked car in Kensington inhaling what is believed to have been nitrous oxide.

They searched the man, who was found to be in possession of two mobile phones, a large quantity of cash, cannabis and numerous canisters of suspected nitrous oxide. A search of his home address was conducted. Officers discovered around 40 cannisters of suspected nitrous oxide along with a large amount of nozzles and balloons, consistent with supply.
