Jillian Shriner filed for divorce from her husband, Weezer bassist Scott Shriner, on Tuesday, months after Los Angeles police shot and arrested her during a confrontation in which she is accused of pointing a handgun at officers.

The 52-year-old author cited irreconcilable differences in the filing and is seeking joint legal and physical custody of the couple’s two adopted children, ages 17 and 13, according to documents obtained by TMZ .

She is also requesting spousal support from her 60-year-old husband while asking the court to deny him any financial support from her.

The couple married in 2005, and it remains unclear whether they have a prenuptial agreement, Page Six notes.
