FORT HOOD, Texas — The Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division says its investigation into allegations that Fort Hood OBGYN Maj. Blaine McGraw secretly recorded patients during exams is ongoing, with agents reviewing a vast amount of evidence gathered over the past several weeks.
Army CID said the report first came in Oct. 17, prompting Special Agents to immediately respond and take the provider into custody the same day. In the military justice system, apprehension is equivalent to an arrest in civilian law. The individual was processed in accordance with Department of Defense Instruction 5505.11 and later released to the custody of their chain of command.
