Around 10:40 a.m., state police officers responded to a report of the incident in the area of St. Michael's Drive and Llano Street. The caller said a driver was unresponsive in a Dodge truck that was "still mobile," state police spokesperson Wilson Silver wrote in an email.
"When officers arrived, a male driver of a Dodge Truck was having a medical episode and ended up crashing into a tree, a light pole, and multiple vehicles in the parking lot by the Jimmy Johns restaurant," Wilson wrote.
