Brennan Marion , a Pennsylvania native and former Greensburg-Salem star, is officially leaving the post as Sacramento State’s head coach to join Deion Sanders at Colorado as his offensive coordinator, according to multiple reports.
Marion led the FCS Sacramento State Hornets to a 7-5 record in his first year as head coach. The offense averaged 33.7 points per game.
Before heading there, Marion was the offensive coordinator at UNLV for two seasons. Dan Mullen was hired after UNLV head coach Barry Odom took a new job with the Purdue Boilermakers, but Marion did not follow Odom to take the head coach job.
