Welcome to boom-or-bust Tuesday — a day that will bring a snowstorm to Minnesota and potential for significant snow and very strong winds that might create blizzard conditions in parts of the state.
Buckle up, because there are a lot of uncertainties ahead.
"A very complex winter storm will move across the region later today. Heavy snow is expected north of I-94, a mix of snow and freezing rain is expected along the I-94 corridor, and wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph south of I-94 in Minnesota will result in blowing and drifting snow tonight," says the National Weather Service.
