A man was arrested after a car hit speeds of up to 70mph and collided with other vehicles.
West Midlands Police deployed a stringer against the car in Willenhall yesterday afternoon, Tuesday, December 9.
It had failed to stop for officers in the previous 24 hours before it was spotted again in Heath Town, Wolverhampton, at around 5pm .
