A mum was dragged to the ground by three out-of-control Staffordshire Bull Terriers as she clutched her six-day-old baby, a court heard. The woman said she suffered "the worst pain she had ever experienced" during the attack, which also saw her baby bitten and scratched, resulting in a cut to his head.
She required several operations and skin grafts, while the baby's injuries were minor. The dogs ' owner, Jason Stafford, 49, appeared for sentencing at Newport Crown Court on Tuesday (December 9) after he admitted being the owner of a dog dangerously out of control, causing injury.
