The CORRAL Nativity, a cherished Coweta County tradition, returns Dec. 18, 19 and 20 at 7 p.m. at the CORRAL barn at 52 Oliver Potts Road in Newnan.

The 20-minute program, which began in 1987, re-creates the story of the first Christmas with Mary, Joseph, Baby Jesus, shepherds, wise men and live animals. It is presented rain or shine and has endured through challenges such as power outages and the COVID-19 pandemic.

Marie Powell, director of CORRAL, the Coweta Organization for Riding, Rehabilitation and Learning, said the nativity originally began at their barn in Roscoe before CORRAL officially opened.
