SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - The South Bend Redevelopment Commission has extended the deadline for renovating the top floors of Liberty Tower .

The developer said the project has been delayed due to rising costs from President Trump’s tariffs.

The new deadline gives the developer until the end of June to finish the project.
