A house that sold for $1.8 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Montclair between Nov. 24 and Dec. 7.

During the past two weeks, a total of seven residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $917,286, or $484 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of November 24 to the week of Dec. 7 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

The sale of the condominium at 361 Claremont Ave. #C6113 in Montclair has been finalized. The price was $363,000. It was built in 1965 and has a living area of 790 square feet. The price per square foot was $459. The deal was finalized on Nov. 5.
