ASHEVILLE, N.C. — Greyhound will resume service to and from Asheville after nearly a yearlong closure due to its former stop, a gas station, being destroyed by Hurricane Helene, the Department of Transportation confirms.

The stop connects Asheville to Charlotte , Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Chapel Hill and Raleigh, which then connects it to destinations up and down the east coast like New York City, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Greenville, S.C. and Richmond and Norfolk, V.A.
