GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A Michigan man has been charged with harassing and interfering with U.S. Border Patrol agents while transporting prisoners to a correctional facility in northern Michigan.

The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan says a criminal complaint has been filed against 30-year-old Jacob Len, of Ypsilanti.

According to the attorney's office, Len is accused of impeding, intimidating and interfering with the agents while they were conducting their official duties. The incident happened on July 7 along I-96 in Livingston County.
