COLUMBUS, (Ohio) – Travelers driving through Ohio now have three new rest areas along the state's highways to enjoy.
Ribbon-cuttings for the rest areas were held Tuesday in Belmont and Washington counties.
The rest have been totally redone to include dog trails, rocking chairs, Storybook trails and other upgraded amenities.
The rest areas are located at the new Ohio Welcome Center on I-70 westbound in Belmont County, near Clairsville. The other one in Belmont County is located on I-70 eastbound. The third new rest area is located on I-77 northbound in Washington County.
