FAIRVIEW PARK, Ohio — The Fairview Park Police Department has issued a renewed call for information regarding the disappearance of Yvonne Regler, who vanished 48 years ago while working at the Sunoco gas station located at 18990 Lorain Road.

Regler, who was 17 at the time, was last seen on Aug. 8, 1977, during her afternoon shift.

"Since her disappearance, the Fairview Park Police Department has spent thousands of hours investigating this case. We have received help from the FBI, Ohio BCI, US Marshals, NCMEC, and the VIDOCQ Society. We have contacted police agencies throughout Ohio and the United States about possible leads in this case with no positive results," said the Fairview Park Police Department in a press release.
