JAMESTOWN — City crews will be fogging for mosquitoes Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 8-10, in Jamestown, according to vector control with the Jamestown Street Department

City crews will finish mosquito fogging the northeast and southeast areas above the college hill on Friday. Fogging will be conducted in the northwest area on Saturday and in the northeast and southeast areas on Sunday. Spraying will begin at about 9 p.m. and continue until finished.

Residents are advised to keep children and pets off the streets and away from the fogging machines during these times. Motorists should use caution in these areas.

The schedule is contingent upon changing weather conditions and wind speeds.
