CHILLICOTHE — The Chillicothe City Council meets in regular session Monday.

Mayor Theresa Kelly will make appointment recommendations to various boards.

Ordinances up for discussion address a moratorium on the issuance of building permits for tiny homes and a bid for railroad bed repairs. Funds will be requested for a labor/retail/housing study. After official reports there will be a closed session to discuss litigation, real estate and personnel.

The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers of Chillicothe City Hall.
