SEDALIA – The Grand Champion Market Lamb was exhibited by Jillian Vogelsmeier of Sweet Springs. Jillian is the daughter of Matt Vogelsmeier & Rachel Vogelsmeier and is a member of the Sweet Springs FFA Chapter.

The Reserve Grand Champion Market Lamb was exhibited by Elsie Barton of Mountain Grove. Elsie is the daughter of Brandon and Brittany Barton and is a member of the Wright County 4-H Club.

On Aug. 16, Jillian and Elsie will sell their market lambs in the Missouri State Fair Sale of Champions. Proceeds from the sale benefit both the winning exhibitors and the Missouri State Fair Youth in Agriculture (YIA) Scholarship Program.
