CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- Retirement at 65 used to be a milestone, but now it's just another birthday for many, being celebrated in the office with a cake.

Right now, about 11,200 people are turning 65 every single day, according to the Census Bureau. However, the number of people still working past that milestone birthday has doubled since the late 80s.
