OMAHA, Neb. —

Crews are responding to a deadly crash in Omaha on Friday afternoon.

The crash occurred around 1 p.m. on Pacific Street near Interstate 680.

Officials said two people were killed and another was critically injured in the crash.

The northbound on ramp to I-680 from Pacific Street eastbound is blocked and the left turn lane to westbound Pacific Street from I-680 northbound is blocked, the Nebraska Department of Transportation said. Drivers are urged to slow down and avoid the area.

There is no information as to the cause of the crash at this time.
