CORVALLIS, Ore - The Oregon State Beavers have reached the midpoint of their fall camp, marking the occasion with their first scrimmage on Saturday.

This event provided coaches with an opportunity to assess players' game-day speed and execution ahead of the season opener against California, which is just three weeks away.

The scrimmage showcased the defense's progress, highlighting their ability to tackle effectively—a noticeable improvement since the spring. On offense, some unexpected names made a significant impact, potentially earning them larger roles as the season begins.
