A storm system has dumped several inches of rain on many parts of the Tennessee Valley Tuesday afternoon and into Tuesday evening.

The National Weather Service has issued Flash Flood Warnings for Bradley, Hamilton and Catoosa Counties until late Tuesday night.

Areas of East Brainerd and East Ridge have reported flooding, blocking roads and creating traffic headaches.

Areas of Collegedale have also been affected.
