SCIO TWP., MI — A township supervisor in a community just outside Ann Arbor could stand trial after allegedly forwarding an email from a former township supervisor’s account without authorization.

After a preliminary hearing, Judge J. Cedric Simpson of 14A-1 District Court on Tuesday, Aug. 12, sent the case against Scio Township Supervisor Jillian Kerry to Washtenaw County Trial Court.
