BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Bakersfield Police Department and Kern High School District officials are investigating a non-credible threat made to Frontier High School on Wednesday.
In a message sent to parents, officials with the school said there were additional officers on campus before school investigating a social media threat that was found with online surveillance in Sacramento.
Officials said the student was escorted to the Dean's Office for questioning.
BPD told 17 News the case is still under investigation, but no credible threat was found.
