COLUMBUS, Ohio — One person was hospitalized after being hit by a vehicle in northeast Columbus on Wednesday night, police said.
Officers with the Columbus Division of Police were called to the area of Morse Road and Sundance Drive around 9:30 p.m. on a report of a pedestrian struck.
The person was taken to Nationwide Children's Hospital in unknown condition.
Police did not say whether the vehicle stayed at the scene.
Morse Road is closed eastbound from Sunbury Road due to the crash, according to police. It is unclear how long the road will be closed as detectives continue investigating.
