1. Trial for hit-and-run of UAlbany student moved to October
The trial for a Watervliet man accused of hitting UAlbany student Alexa Kropf with an illegal dirtbike has been moved to October. Originally slated to begin at the end of August, the Albany County District Attorney’s Office said Austin Breyette’s trial will start on October 6.
2. Case dismissed against
