Ohio - The Educational Service Center of Eastern Ohio (ESC of Eastern Ohio) has just announced its upcoming free professional training program for current or aspiring school Superintendents.

The Aspiring Superintendents Network is an eight-session program led by experienced educational leaders and focuses on real-world challenges and skills that have proven to be useful.

According to the ESC of Eastern Ohio, some of the planned topics include governance, instructional improvement, school safety and community engagement.

The ESC of Eastern Ohio claims participants will receive the following benefits:

Applied practice of vision setting, board relations and instructional leadership

Exploration of role-critical topics including school finance, legal responsibilities and operations manage
