DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) — Officers are investigating the scene of a fatal shooting on Sunday at the Hoover Road Apartments in Durham.

The Durham Police Department said officers were called to a gunshot wound victim around 4 a.m. on the 1100 block of South Hoover Road.

Officers confirmed with CBS 17 that a man was found shot multiple times and died after EMS took him to the hospital.
