Days after he was released from jail, a Harrisburg man shot someone with a sawed-off shotgun during an argument at a city homeless encampment , police said in court documents.

Joshian Pacheco-Ferrer, 34, was arrested Aug. 8 on aggravated assault charges in connection with a July 3 shooting in “Tent City,” a homeless encampment on the 900 block of North Front Street under the Interstate 83 bridge.
