OMAHA, Neb. —

The ACLU of Nebraska filed a lawsuit to release someone detained in the Glenn Valley Foods raid.

Sabina Carmona-Lorenzo is asking a judge to order her to be released on bond. She claims an immigration judge granted it a month ago.

The lawsuit alleges she remains in detention due to an "automatic stay issued by ICE."
