The National Weather Service issued a coastal flood advisory at 3:53 p.m. on Wednesday valid from Thursday 8 p.m. until Friday 1 a.m. for Westchester County.
The weather service comments, "If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property."
