GREENWOOD, Ind. -- A Greenwood man has been charged with criminal recklessness, intimidation and other counts after police say he attempted to run over his father.
According to court documents obtained by FOX59/CBS4, 32-year-old Dustin Emmert-Stamm faces the following preliminary charges: • Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon (Level 5 Felony) • Criminal Recklessness Committed with a Deadly Weapon (Level 6 Felony) • Intimidation (Class A Misdemeanor) • Domestic Battery (Class A Misdemeanor) • Disorderly Conduct (Class B Misdemeanor) • Reckless Driving (Class A Misdemeanor) • Criminal Mischief (Class A Misdemeanor) • Three counts of Leaving the Scene of an Accident (Class B Misdemeanor)

On Aug. 17, officers with the Greenwood Police Department responded
