MARYSVILLE—Rev your engines for a day full of fun and exploration at the 29th annual Touch-A-Truck on Saturday, September 13, at Totem Middle School’s Asbery Field, 1605 7th St. N.E., Marysville.
The City of Marysville invites families to attend this free event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Horns and sirens will be from 10 a.m. to noon. For those who prefer a quieter environment, a low-sensory hour will take place from noon to 1 p.m.
This unique event gives children of all ages, and the young at heart, an opportunity to sit in the driver’s seat of Marysville’s biggest heavy-duty rigs. Honk horns, set off sirens, and kick the tires on construction equipment, emergency vehicles, fire engines and many more! Train rides, craft projects and a backhoe skill demonstration will also be offered.
