DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) -- A local businessman is helping residents get gas for less amid expected price increases.
Chris Goss is the proud owner of Chris' Handyman Services in Xenia. The business handles roofing, landscaping, carpentry, painting services and more.
According to the Xenia Daily Gazette, Chris' Handyman Services is working with the Maharaja Foodmart gas station to make gas $1 off for customers on Saturday, Aug. 30 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
"I just want to be able to give back to the community," Goss said to the Gazette.
Xenia reportedly saw prices of $3.39-$3.49 per gallon for 87-octane unleaded fuel on Monday.
The gas station is located on 1901 W. 2nd St. in Xenia.
