NEENAH, Wis. (WBAY) - The news of another deadly school shooting is shining a light on school safety, just as students in northeast Wisconsin are heading back to school.
On Wednesday, local police and school districts reassured parents that the safety of their students is the top priority.
Preparation is critical, and the Neenah Joint School District said drills and communication help ease any concerns.
As several school districts in northeast Wisconsin head back to school, the tragedy in Minneapolis puts school safety back in the spotlight.
