Today was a shocking day of rainfall for us in the Grand Valley. Much of the rain was focused here in the central and southern portions of Grand Junction. Friday may also see some light showers, although Saturday and Sunday will be the day most of the moisture arrives for the central portions of the Grand Valley. Moisture from the Pacific will make its biggest surge yet then. Temperatures will cool to below average and make us finally feel like September. Although we will start to warm up again by this time next week. Moisture does look to be sticking around in a much lighter capacity into early next week.
Rainfall isn't finished on the Western Slope
