FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - In typical September fashion, the upcoming weekend’s weather will be nothing short of spectacular: sunny skies, highs near 70º, and low humidity. I suppose if we’re going to nitpick, wind gusts will still be somewhat elevated, getting to around 20 mph Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

Overnight lows will also consistently be in the 40s, and perhaps into the upper 30s early Monday morning. This is something to watch, as we may approach, tie, or even break that record! Our current low forecast is 41º - the record is 39º.

Highs will steadily warm into the 70s early next week, likely hitting 80º by Wednesday.
